A-way Express: Strategic Planning

A-Way Express is a Social Purpose Enterprise providing employment opportunities for Consumer Survivors and those with lived experience of mental illness. Eko Nomos assisted A-Way in producing a new Strategic Plan. Through multiple stakeholder engagements with individuals at all levels of the organization, the resulting document balances the needs of the organization, the funders, and the staff, ensuring the long-term vitality of this decades-old enterprise.
