City of Toronto: Supporting Community Partnerships

Eko Nomos worked with City staff to design and deliver support to two separate grant-making streams for its Supporting Community Partnerships project fund. We undertook a review and redesign of the request for proposals and grant-making decision processes, and designed and facilitated a series of workshops and consultations for applicants. One workshop was delivered to 40 different organizations, while two others, with follow-up support, were delivered to 30 other agencies.
