Rural Ontario Institute: Developmental Evaluation

For six years Eko Nomos and associates worked as the lead consultant for the Steps to Leadership program as a developmental evaluator. We developed the monitoring system and data collection tools for all of the evaluation activities throughout that time. We also worked closely with the Program Coordinator to fine tune the program throughout.
