St. Christopher’s House: Outcome Documentation for Service Co-ordination

Eko Nomos worked closely with administration and staff at St. Christopher’s House on a cluster of 8 programs. Over a two year period we worked with staff and participants to develop an outcomes documentation strategy and to streamline service co-ordination.
