Mary Ferguson assisted us with our evaluation of our complex Policies Matter project using a quasi-developmental design. Since the project was emergent the evaluation had to be as well and Mary was adaptable and responsive. Mary was also able to work with the diverse stakeholders with whom the project engaged.
