This two-year harm reduction collaborative research was conducted with six Toronto agencies providing harm reduction services. Eko Nomos worked with agencies to assess the effectiveness of their harm reduction strategies, identify elements of effective practice, and evaluate participant outcomes. In addition, Eko Nomos facilitated a series of workshops to involve the agencies in developing planning frameworks, projecting participant outcomes, devising indicators of success, and planning the implementation of the learning strategy.
