United Way of Greater Toronto and City of Toronto: Harm Reduction Research

This two-year harm reduction collaborative research was conducted with six Toronto agencies providing harm reduction services. Eko Nomos worked with agencies to assess the effectiveness of their harm reduction strategies, identify elements of effective practice, and evaluate participant outcomes.
